The HEAL Collaborative and Partner Institutions will adopt and operationalize policies and systems that promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

PROCESS: 

  • Implement DEI self-assessment interview/survey

  • Compliment with stakeholder focus groups/surveys as needed

  • Develop DEI goals and work plans with institutions

  • Provide support and coaching. 

  • Establish a DEI Learning Community across institutions for training, support, strategizing, etc.
